- Address where the party will be?
- Age of child?
- Date of party?
- Time of party?
- Number of guests?
- Age range of guests?
- Whether party guests are girls, boys, or mixed?
- Which party would you like us to do? - Choose from the
party menu page.
- Number of party bags required? - see our party bags.
- Is a Cake Required? - we will contact you for the cake
specifications, types, size & design
- And of course the medical questions - whether any of the
children have allergies, medical history, medical conditions that we should
know about (such as allergies to dairy / milk / nuts / balloons / rubber
