HANDS-ON SCIENCE TERMS & CONDITIONS:
1. 	The team at Hands-on Science wants you to have as much fun as we will do presenting your party.   If you have any concerns, please call or e-mail.   Feedback is very important to us so please feel free to email us with any comments or suggestions you may have.
2.	All fees must be paid in full once the party is completed.  Hands-on Science reserves the right to add an administrative service charge for delayed payment. Hands-on Science reserves the right to transfer any debt in part or whole to a third party.  The debtor shall pay any costs, charges and expenses incurred by the process of recovering any debt.  If a payment made by cheque is dishonoured, the debtor shall be liable for all costs incurred as a result.  
3.	Hands-on Science reserves the right to refuse any client without giving a reason.  
4.	Whilst every care and precaution is taken Hands-on Science cannot be held liable or responsible for any accidents or damage to persons or property, missing articles or items, any liability arising out of or any action undertaken during an event, party or show.  Similarly Hands-on Science cannot be held liable for any action of any of the children involved, adults attending the parties or others. 
5.	Hands-on Science respects and protects the privacy of its clients. Personal details, including email address and telephone numbers are treated in confidence.  These will not be disclosed to any third party, except in connection with the provision of requested services. Hands-on Science do not send out unsolicited emails ('spam') and email address are not submitted or disclosed to any mailing lists organisations. All personal records received are used for the sole purpose of Hands-on Science. Hands-on Science complies fully with European law on privacy protection in relation to the storage and processing of personal data. 
6.	BY PLACING AN ORDER WITH HANDS-ON SCIENCE, YOU ARE BOUND BY THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS UNLESS AGREED OTHERWISE IN WRITING. ALL STATUTORY RIGHTS APPLY AS PER THE STATUTES OF THE REPUBLIC OF IRELAND.
